Are you satisfied with the following Covid-19 safeguarding measures that will be in place during the event:

• Children and leaders to sanitise hands with gel before entering the bus and must wear face coverings on the bus
• Face coverings do not need to be worn outdoors by the children or leaders. However, if for example in an emergency, there is need to be less than 2m apart, face masks should be worn by the leader, and therefore, should be carried
• Leaders and children are advised to refrain from touching mouth or eyes
• Any food or drink will not be shared and should always be kept on the person consuming it or in their tent.  Participants will be required to hand sanitise before and after eating.
• If a child or leader develops a continuous cough, feels generally unwell, or displays any other symptoms of Covid 19, the event will stop immediately and the parents/guardians contacted to collect their children, and advised to isolate and contact the nearest test centre.
