youth activity week
youth activity week
We are so excited to be running our Youth Activity Week programme this year again and welcome all our young people.
Who: All high school age young people, including those going into S1 after the summer
What: This free event will have the great river challenge, raft building, beach games , BBQ and pools at Killilan
When: 16th – 19th July, 2:30pm – 8:00pm
Where: Most of the activities will be in the Glenelg area but there will be transport going from Kyleakin and doing pick-ups on the way.
After each afternoon activity there will be a meal served in the Glenelg hall followed by a short time together to hear and discuss something from the bible before finishing, where the transport will make a return journey to Kyleakin.
All food will be prepared and handled in accordance with food hygiene rules and a choices menu will be circulated before the event. Full details of the event will be emailed after booking but keep in mind that this is a week of outdoor activities and young people will need to come suitably prepared. Any specialised equipment or clothing required for the activities will be provided.
Unfortunately, this event is now full due to transport but if you can get your own way to Glenelg, or want to be added to the waiting list, please contact Timmy to book
